Terms and Conditions – Instagram Competition
Eligibility:
1.1. The Instagram competition is open to participants aged 18 years and above.
- 1.2. Employees, immediate family members, or affiliates of Calf and Crew and First Steps Safe Steps are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements:
2.1. To enter the competition, participants must:
– Follow both Cald and Crew and First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing on Instagram.
– Like the competition post.
– Tag at least one friend in the comments section.
– Be located in the Sydney metropolitan area to receive the First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing prize
Competition Period:
3.1. The competition will commence on 27th July 2023 at 9am and conclude on at 11th August 2023 (AEST)
- 3.2. Entries submitted before or after the competition period will not be considered.
Winner Selection:
4.1. The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
4.2. Winners will be announced on Calf and Crew’s and First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing’s Instagram pages within 7 days after the competition ends.
- 4.3. Winners will be contacted through a direct message on Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.
Prizes:
5.1. The prizes will be specified in the competition announcement post.
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- 5.3. Calf and Crew and First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
Intellectual Property:
6.1. By participating in the competition, participants grant Calf and Crew and First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing the right to use their usernames, comments, and any submitted content for promotional purposes related to the competition.
- 6.2. Participants warrant that any content submitted is original and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Privacy:
7.1. Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and contacting the winners.
- 7.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of Calf and Crew and First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing.
General Conditions:
8.1. Calf and Crew and First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
8.2. Calf and Crew and First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
- 8.3. By participating in the competition, participants release [Company A], [Company B], and Instagram from any liability arising from or related to the competition.
By entering the competition, participants signify their agreement to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be subject to change at the discretion of Calf and Crew and First Steps Safe Steps Baby Proofing without prior notice.
